Retry warm pool

/v1/workspaces/:workspaceId/warm-pools/:warmPoolId/retry

Leaves the pool's setup_failed state: deletes the debug VM kept after the third consecutive On create failure, resets the failure streak and resumes warming. Lifts a failure pause as well.
