Get build aggregates for a project
GET/workspaces/:workspace_slug/builds/totals
Build count, failure rate, p50/p90 duration and total duration over the requested time window, without any grouping. Durations are in seconds, failure rate is a percentage in 0-100. The window may span at most 2 years.
