Get test aggregates for a project
GET/workspaces/:workspace_slug/tests/totals
Test run count, failure rate, p50/p90 duration, total duration and flaky run count over the requested time window, without any grouping. Counts are of test case runs, not of distinct test cases. Durations are in seconds, failure rate is a percentage in 0-100. The window may span at most 2 years.
