Create an app

Creates an app for the workspace, optionally with its tester groups and their members and its CodePush deployments. Nested resources are created one by one, so the app is created even when some of them cannot be: the response then carries an errors array of {code, message, details}. code says what failed (ERR_TESTER_GROUP_NOT_CREATED, ERR_INTERNAL_TESTER_NOT_ADDED, ERR_EXTERNAL_TESTER_NOT_ADDED or ERR_CODE_PUSH_DEPLOYMENT_NOT_CREATED), details names the group, member or deployment it is about, and details.reason carries the underlying cause. Note this is a different shape from the slug-keyed errors hash returned by add-testers.
