Add testers to a tester group

Adds testers to a tester group for the app. For internal groups provide user_slugs (Bitrise users); for external groups provide an emails array (at most 1000) and a tester is created/reused for each address. Slugs and addresses that cannot be added are listed in errors, a hash keyed by slug or address: {"<slug>": "<message>"}. Note this is deliberately a different shape from the errors array returned when creating a group. The request is rejected only when none of them can be added. The group type is inferred from the resource — no type parameter is needed or accepted.
