Create a tester group

Creates a tester group for the app. Without a type (or with type=internal) an internal group of Bitrise users is created. With type=external an external group of email-only testers is created: provide a non-empty emails array (at most 1000 addresses, each at most 255 characters, syntactically validated) and a tester is created for every address and added to the group. The emails field is ignored for internal groups. For example, create an external group with ?type=external and body { "app_id": "<uuid>", "name": "My external testers", "emails": ["[email protected]", "[email protected]"] }.
