Open a session's device view

POST 
/v1/workspaces/:workspaceId/sessions/:sessionId/device-view

Returns the viewer bootstrap (stream grant, gateway routing, device and install state) for a session that boots a virtual device. The caller must be able to see the session; the response never creates one. Re-call to refresh the short-lived stream grant.
